* Foraging * Woodland Craft * Nature Connection * Wild Seasonal Food *
Arrive in the woods to the sound of the campfire crackling, and the smell of coffee brewing. We start the day with home made cakes and a gentle introduction to the day. The morning is a chance to reflect and learn about the trees and plants around us, and we invite you to meditate or walk through the woods learning about their rhythms and what they can teach us. Returning for lunch, we feast on wild and foraged food, created with love by Leona, owner of the St Werburghs Farm Cafe in Bristol. Choosing freshly foraged ingredients and plants with medicinal qualities, her food will nourish us before we head into the afternoon’s woodland crafting. We finish after a warm closing circle and make our goodbyes, and hope you leave inspired to continue your journeys together after we leave the woods.
